I have hunted everywhere trying to find out how to remove the second row seat in my 2020 Ford Transit Connect long wheelbase. I see a few videos, but they don't look like my config. I saw one video that seemed closed, but I can figure out how to remove the plastic cover over the bolts (see pic). I called the dealer and all they would tell me is that it would take three or four weeks to even look at it. Hoping someone can help!
