Getting to the control unit is a cinch minus the 2 hidden screws. Forscan? Yes I will have to research. If I'm going to have to get an amp I might as well get a 5 channel and add a sub lol

Mine doesn't either for 2020. But for all the system functions I have to be hooked in thru smart usb so it almost serves no purpose to me. I've tried a few android phones on it even without the rubber pad orbs case still didn't work. Haven't tried an apple

Hello all. 2020 TC Cargo that has Sync 3 with the touch screen that looks like a tablet. I'd like to upgrade the speakers. It has door speakers, tweeters and I think a small speaker in the dash. I'm wondering if I could tap into the existing harness connections to rear speakers that currently don't exist. That's assuming other passenger TC's would have the same system just with missing connections depending on the amount of speakers. Ultimately my idea is to build a custom bulkhead and mouth enclosed 6x9's on either side. But I don't want to go all out with an aftermarket amplifier if I don't have to. Also upgrade the door speakers and possibly leave the tweeters and dash speakers alone. Haven't decided on that yet. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated. Also, anyone have experience with getting to the control unit in the dash? I haven't gotten that far yet.
