So, since my 2020 Ford Transit Connect is in the shop indefinitely for a new Transmission (under warranty), because of the chip shortage, company gave me a 2015 Transit 250 to drive, which I really like. A few issues with it, recall done on damper, but still rumbles when under load...anyway....my question today is...and I did google and search forum....to no avail...to see if anyone else had this similar issue.... So-IS THERE A WAY to adjust the camera so it is centered AGAIN? This camera/lines are WAY off. I usually drive with my mirrors anyway, but...thought something was up with the Camera...so after driving back to my home office 800 miles, I decided to test it in an empty lot (car in picture parked next to me AFTER I had parked..).... AS you can see, it has the Mirror display....photos attached....I seems like the camera is adjustable UP and Down...but that's about it-not side to side....any suggestions/tips?
  2. A year later, 5 dealerships in 4 states (even the one where this company vehicle was purchased..)….they stare at me like a deer staring at headlights-not a clue! i honestly gave up…
  3. Have a brand new 2019 TC for work. It came with the hotspot and 4" screen. All is working fine, blue tooth, phone, ford pass etc..remote start etc etc...HOWEVER, the hotspot came with an already SET password. I have a called Sync support, googled my butt off, setup two appointments with two different ford dealerships, and for some reason, they can NOT reset the password. I even showed them this TSB? link which relates to my issue....was wondering if there was a WAY to RESET or clear the password manually? Or if there is a DEFAULT password? Is it maybe the last 8 of the VIN? Or the IMEI (if i can find the module)? I have tried the ESN as a password too.... My SYNC isn't really a sync, but has basic features...phone, bluetooth, connectivity...   4. Recently got a new 2019 TC for work...having some issues....will TRY and post in appropriate area....have been to two dealers, even contacted ORIGINAL dealer and have gotten no answer. Hope everyone is staying safe out there!
