  1. The tire pressures all read as they should. There was not any tire pressure problem. The "wheel" light is still lit. I wonder if there is a 'reset' button somewhere to shut off the light after the condition is corrected.
  2. For about a week now the "wheel" light on the dash panel has been lit showing that one of the tires has low pressure. I can't find a problem. My service writer at Ford says that the electronic sensor in the car is reacting to the colder weather we are having here in south Florida and that a lot of cars are having that condition. (Cold air lower psi - hot air, higher psi). Has anyone ever come across this condition?
  3. I complained to my service writer when I brought the car in for the recall service. They say they have gotten no complaints other than mine and that they didn't find any problems. Yet the problem continues.
  4. We, my wife and I, have owned at least one Ford for the past fifteen years or so. Our Focus wagon was eight years old when we traded it for the Transit Connect, which I was told is based on the Focus platform. We were so pleased with the Focus we are hoping the Transit will be as good. The Transit is my wife's daily driver. I drive a Freightliner badged Sprinter van and we nicknamed the Transit the Mini Me. So far (8 months) it has been a great vehicle. The only ongoing issue we are having is a tight fitting gas cap. I'll search the forums and see if there has been anything posted on that subject. Mike
