Hi there everyone, I’m new to the forum. I just bought a 2015 used transit connect. So far so good. Way more space the my last truck. I’m having trouble linking my phone to the van. When i press the phone button is says its on mute. I can’t do anything. Youtube says i need to delete the old phone before linking mine. I can’t find it anywhere to delete the old phone. How do i unmute the phone button so that i can pair my phone. Please help. Thank you
