I just noticed that the radio lost its presets/settings after 15 minutes, regardless of the vehicle not being locked. It's like there's no power to its memory? Anybody any ideas?

Hi. My 2019 Connect doesn't remember any of the presets or text/ station logo I program, when i lock the van and leave for 10 minutes. I had 3 months, it worked great, then it just stopped remembering. Also, it keeps my mobile phone paired perfectly? It's getting very tedious. Any idea? PS. It's the non sync 3 radio.(6 preset buttons either side of the small screen)
