  1. anyone know what this part number/replacement part is?
  2. 2015 Titanium. Hi, new to the forum. Last winter and then in March the sliding doors started to get stuck in the open position. It happened on the coldest day of the year, of course, and then again in a March ice/snowstorm. Not sure if it's climate-related damage, but sure didn't help. The door is opened all the way until it move past a certain point where it normally rolls over and slightly "bumps" to keep it in the open position and not roll back on you if not parked perfectly level. But now it seems that it opens too far, or the "bump" that would keep it open on the center rail is catching. The only way to release it is to manually go to the back of the door, grab the center rail bracket, pull the door back towards you and rotate the bracket towards the front of the vehicle thus getting it back past the "bump" and letting the door roll forward. If I could compare to a working side of the door to a non-working component, but both of the doors are plagued with this illness. I have remove the center track sliding door trim and do not see any excessive wear or broken parts or rollers. Is there a bumper that limits how far the door can open thus keeping it from getting past the furthest-most open position and preventing it from closing? Does the release have something to do with the roller?
  3. Happened to me when the car wash guy "pre-spray" hit the passenger side windows too hard. Unfortunately the drain holes are small slits at the bottom of the door and get clogged with dirt. I drilled a larger hole 1 inch up higher near the back (stubby impact drill with a stubby drill bit) to make the hole. Be very careful, you can easily drill right through the outside of the door once you're through the first layer of metal and have a sharp bit! I really want the water to drain rather than freeze and expand or rust our from the inside.
  4. Funny, my sliding doors get stuck in the open position, have to manually handle the center track arm from behind the door, pull and rotate to get it to release. Started when the car wash guy tried to force is closed and I think bent something. First one door, driver side, then happened to the passenger side.
