This is going on with my van too. Also sometimes when opening door the interior lights don't come on and radio display does not light up. It has to be something with the door switch. Van is a 2018 model.

My TC is a 2018. I will check on the Snap-On tool. It's used every day at a local car repair place owned by a friend.

When I bought a Samsung 10 plus the text quit syncing with the radio. Calls work as they should. My last Samsung 8 worked fine, radio and text. I've looked and looked at settings on radio and phone and I can't find the setting that needs changed. Phone shows that text has been read and doesn't give me a notification alert.

I got the approach lights turned off today without going to a Ford dealership. We got into the van computer and disabled the lights using a Snap-on diagnostic tool. Followed the path that's posted in previous posts here. Really glad that they are turned off. In the last 3 months while on big jobs the van needed jump started twice.

I tried my XM radio receiver through the factory aux input and it sounded like crap! I have since changed it to FM reception but I don't like that either. Any way to make the aux input work?
