Good day, everyone. Hoping for a bit of guidance here. My (new to me) ‘15 Connect Transit’s windshield wiper fluid nozzles will not spray fluid. I can hear the pump kicking in every time I flick the wand (and yes, the reservoir is full), but nothing sprays. perhaps the hose is disconnected? Is there an easy way to get into the right spaces and have a good look?

Good day, everyone. Brand new owner of a 2015 Connect XLT, and a total novice when it comes to automotive mechanics. I searched around the forums here for a bit and didn't see much discussion on performance chips for the Transit Connect. Several years ago, I owned a restored 1980s BMW that benefitted tremendously from a Dinan chip upgrade (in both MPG and horsepower).
