Thank you for the reply. Happens when vehicles make turns at lower speeds as well as when backing up straight. Boots are not torn.

You We have 10 2016 transit connects in our fleet. 3 of these vehicles have approximately 70,000 miles and all 3 are making a clicking noise coming from the front end, similar to what bad cv joints make. Is this a common issue with these vehicles?
