My company's 2011 TC just developed a problem with the door locks. The drivers door will not lock but the rest of them work fine. Pressing the switch on the door handle will not engage the lock, moving freely until the very end where it will pop back once released. When using the fob, all other doors will lock but you hear a secondary "click" from the drivers door after the rest lock.
I don't know if this is relevant but this is the second door lock issue we've had with this van. The solenoid on the driver's side slider failed last year after making a clicking sound for a long time. The slider lock was disconnected from the central locking mechanism and can now only be unlocked using the interior knob.
If anyone has any insight into this issue, I'm all ears. I've had little luck finding a diagram from Ford that covers this door lock and I'd hate to order the wrong part if this is something simple.
