Just got my TC yesterday, and I love it, except that I can't get the Bluetooth to respond to voice commands that involve NAMES. It will place calls if I use the "CALL NUMBER" command, but when I say "CALL [NAME]" it says "Directory empty." although I can see my contacts listed on the dashboard display. Two guys at the dealership tried for an hour to figure out the problem with no success. I'd appreciation any advice, either how to fix it, or where to go for technical help. Thanks!
