  1. 2013 Transit Connect XLT purchase new at Ron Bortnick Ford in July 2013. Had nightmares with that transmission at 43000 miles they said it needed a new transmission. I'm thinking they rebuilt it. Which I believe is traceable if they indeed rebuilt it when they said they put in a new one Heads Will Roll. Now at 53000 miles less than a year later again transmission did the same thing. Needs a new one they've had it and at Sheehy Ford now for 2 weeks without one word on what's wrong with it I've been told a week ago they will let me know that night still nothing. I'm stuck with no transportation because they can't diagnose the problem and it's been over 2 weeks. Last time I got transmission work done at Ron Bortnick Ford it took almost four months. I've called the Ford Motor Company he gave me a case number and told me to notify them once it's been diagnosed for further assistance. Has anyone else noticed that there Ford Transit Connect transmission failed is there anyway I can get out of this purchase? I have a car payment due and can't pay it due to me being unable to work because I have no transportation.
