I just bought a used 2014 Transit Connect XLT LWB and I love it! Only problem so far is that everyone complains about the background noise when I use my phone. Does anyone else have this problem or can anyone tell me where the microphone is located in the car? I was excited to have "hands-free" calling, but so far it's not working well. Thanks!
