have a 07 connect and fails to start batt went dead and wont turn over with key if i get the starter crossed out it turns over no fire the red light in dash gos out but would come on and flash slow a couple of times if i unplug the ring round the ign barrell the lkight flashes rapidly that would put me down immob not faulty
