It appears my 2010 connect drivers side sliding door lock has become frozen. The van locks and unlocks but the auto lock does not lock on that door. All other doors are locked. The door does open manually by the handle. There is a round black switch/knob on the inside of the door and it is frozen as well. Besides simple advice like get it fixed at the dealer. Is there any advice or experience with this? Thanks
