2010 Transit has poor FM reception on the factory radio (not sure about AM, I will check) Any suggestions on how to improve?

My wife just bought a used 2010 Transit Connect for her business. She does Interior Plantscaping http://naturesreflectionne.com/ . The Transit is the perfect size for what she needs. I joned the forum to learn more about the vehicle and gather tips and tricks to get the most out of it. (as well as share some of my own.)
