Dear members, I am the owner of a Ford transit connect model 2004 diesel. I am seeking - based on your experience - suggestion proposal or solution to a problem I am experiencing with the car. I bought this can (second hand) two years ago. A few days after the purchase, the PDF alarm appeared, as well as the transmission warning ( yellow gear with ! in the middle). I went to the authorized FORD service center, where I had the PDF filter cleaned. Afterwards, only the transmission warning appeared. I visit the authorized service center again and replaced the EGR valve. Unfortunately, nothing changed. At this point, I should add that the check engine light has always been on. Also, the transmission warning resets every time I turn off the engine and then appears again at some point. I have noticed that this happens after the coolant temperature has reached operating value.
