Mark, You should know that I just received a letter from Ford, their Customer Satisfaction Program 11B27 which states that Ford acknowledged their are many issues with the In Dash Computer and they are now offering monetary refunds for those installed from the factory since they do not plan to replace or support them or their issues. They have elected to do monetary refunds and install factory radios.

I am in the USA has anyone received a Customer Satisfaction Program 11B27 notice pertaining to the In Dash Computer and Tool Link?
