I am looking at purchasing some new speakers and would like to know if they will fit. The speakers I would like to get are the Pioneer TS-D1602R (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/Speakers/D-Series/TS-D1602R). They have a mounting depth of 2 3/8" and cut out diamiter of 5". I know they may be about a 1/16" too deep, but I think I can make up the 1/16" by using washers between the speaker and the door. Also, how much room is between the speaker face and door panel? Is there fluff room to have a tweater that sticks out from the speaker? Thank you in advance for your help.
