just picked up a 98 VG? mid roof, it's got 275k on the clock, and it seems to be in pretty good condition,
It's been completely covered in artwork, which i have taken a liking too, probably benificial.
Anyway, i have found that there is a lack of info on the 4DANY engine, petrol 2.0
it runs fine, idles, but when you accellrate rapidly, it misses and is generally unhappy.
love to get it sorted, so far changed the plugs, chased vac leaks(unsuccessful) i'm thinking it's ignition, but i'm going to do a fuel filter too, it's been sitting for about 3 years, without use.
anyway, any links would be great, i'd like to know more about the motor and motor maintenance, or at least how to test the coils (what are the stock specs)
