Wipers, washers, heater and stop lights not working

Good evening connectors! I've acquired a 2006 connects, think it's t225. It's been stood a while, I've come to put it on the road and found the washers, wipers, heater motor and stop lights don't work. They did before standing up. Is there a common fault that could cause this? Any help gratefully received. Thanks guys!
