I have a 2019 transit connect passenger wagon. The front right seat is broken and my mechanic has all the parts he needs except for some kind of bladder for the sensor. His parts guy has contacted Ford and they won't send the bladder because my VIN # says that my vehicle doesn't have the bladder. Can anyone provide any info on this subject?
