I went to start my van, it clicked several times and then everything went blank, like the battery was dead. I tested the battery and it is good. I replaced the altenator because the old one was not charging. could it be a relay? I have no power going to the fuse panel under the hood. If I take a wire from the battery straight to the post on the fuse panel , everything works. I need help please
