Removing Sliding Door Inside Panel - Speaker Replacement

It's nice to be in the group! We have a 2014 Ford Transit Connect XLT Titanium & am wanting to replace the 4 6.5 speakers with new JBL GX628 speakers. I am finding several things on how to remove the front door panels & how to replace the speakers but 0 about how to remove the sliding door panels to replace those speakers. Could someone explain how to go about doing this or add a link? Thank you.
