  1. I just had it at the garage. Of course it's an intermittent vibration and of course they couldn't duplicate it. Motor mounts and belts all look fine. This is a place I generally trust. They checked the vehicle end to end, and all I ended up with was a $71 shop fee. The attached video might give you a better idea of sound, though it's short to fit the 10 Meg limit. 20211111_135118.mp4
  2. Hi all I have a 2016 LWB with 122k miles. It runs great, other than an occasional really bad vibration at low idle. Moving to neutral reduces vibration, which makes me think motor mount. Has any one else changed mounts because of a similar issue? Any idea on costs? Thanks!
  3. Hi all! I recently purchased a 2016, slowly working towards a 'tin tent' type conversion for traveling and camping. I added interlocking foam tiles and hung a curtain to separate back area, and added a box with some supplies like a Jackery, USB lighting, CO2 detector, compressor and jump starter, front window screens and insulated window covers for all windows and a low watt heated matress pad, which combined with the jackery supplies about 8 hours of heat. In November I camped in the back along skyline drive without the matress pad, it got down to 31 and it was a bit chilly. With the matress pad, I camped at 24 degrees and was fine. No insulation yet, no heater. I spent 16 hours stuck on 1-95 in VA and having all the camping stuff in the back was a life saver! So far, I am loving my Transit Connect. It's not perfect, but at 30 mpg it's pretty close. The goal is to have it painted, add roof rack, kitchen, water, solar, multiple house batteries, bed, work area, storage and fans. More to come! Thanks for reading.
