No, the turn signal stalk is in the default position.

If you mean "are the headlights controlled by a switch on the turn signal stalk," no. It's on the dashboard to the left of the steering column.

When I unlock my 2010 TC with the remote on the key fob, only one of the headlights lights up. This isn't a problem per se - both headlights work fine in normal operation - but I wonder if it means something? I have a friend with a newer TC that does the same thing.
