  1. Scan tool and freeze frame should reveal much. https://www.oemfordpart.com/v-2015-ford-transit-connect--xlt--2-5l-l4-gas/cooling-system--radiator-and-components
  2. Did you flush or drain and fill your coolant system?
  3. Reads 1/4" from top of diamonds on driveway incline. Level surface(my garage)reads top of diamonds.
  4. No issues with my van but I had to loan scan tool out to two of my neighbors one with a Kia Soul and one with a Jeep Grand Cherokee... Both with evap codes. This piqued my interest on how our systems work.
  5. Does my 2016 2.5L Evaporative Emissions System Leak Detection Pump run on vacuum or pressure?
  6. When our Transit connects G2 2.5L are on a driveway with slight incline (nose up) how does the oil dipstick level read compared to a level surface.
  7. Definitely some sort of flow from the plenum... what does it do? Quite elaborate if it is just air intake for engine.
  8. Does this require reprogramming of any sort?
  9. I would establish a relationship with a good independent shop. Personally a good set of pads on your rotors if they meet specifications dimension wise.
  10. Typically rust from parking is surface rust ...a little grabby first few brake taps but shouldn't accelerate wear.
  11. FYI..when i did rears at 32k ,rotors had minor pits but runout and thickness met specs. One rotor had slight scoring from metal to metal which set off my do something immediately alarm. Installed "get me by" cheap Napa pads knowing i would have my tech redo later. At 46k now with my temp install and brakes are fine. I should pull a wheel and check for wear ...its on my list.
  12. Designed, recommended not the same as licensed and approved by the OEM's correct?
  13. To clarify..Mercon ULV not interchangeable w/ Mercon LV? I have a 6F35.
  14. Good observation from 150...From what I recall, the difference between the left wiper and the right wiper, is some sort of wind spoiler design. I guess if you use the right wiper on the left, or left wiper on the right, then the wind will blow on the wiper the wrong way. Will check and post.
  15. Thanks for the clarification..Picked up on Bosch Icon 365 28" due to its excellent review on "Project Farm" esp in hard rains like we get here in Fla. Kind of pricey at 30 bucks ea. Motorcraft blades were not in the tests. Might try one of each.
  16. Welcome...if it ain't broke, break it and make it better.?
  17. Changing my blades out they appear to be original at 29 3/8 in measured from tip to tip rubber part. Advance Auto Amazon call for 28 in. What do you think?
