Once your new tires get some wear on them the mileage will increase a bit too.  I have a 2012 Connect cargo van and just finished putting a pro stereo in, roof rack and basket, hitch and basket, and am finishing the elevated bed this week.  Also bought a custom windshield shield from Weather Tech.  Bought a custom camping van mattress from mattressinsider.com along with a cover to protect against mold etc., The stereo is too awesome to get into here, might make peeps cry, LOL.  Included  a 5 gal safety Eagle Transport Gas Can, a small generator, coolers, and me, I still have about 800 lbs of cargo I can carry before meeting the 1600 lb load limit.  The Michelin light truck tires, P205/65/R15 XLT M/S that have a 1700 lb rating.  I have no idea what my mileage will be when loaded, but expect highway miles to be about 21 mpg.  So it's turn the sound up, cruise control set at 70mph, and Cali here I come, stopping for gas about every 325 miles, and sleeping in the back when necessary.  It's a bit of a raw setup compared to some here but it works for me.  Enjoy fitting out yours!
