I have a 2013 TC  Is the front suspension the same as any other ford vehicle? Would like to use that info for springs and possibly a sway bar. Thanks

The FTC is built on the same platform as the Ford Focus. I am not 100% positive, but you may be able to use the info from the Focus.  I am guessing they would be the same as well.  But maybe one of the others can answer this better.

A good fabricator would probably be able to use a lot of Focus parts on the Transit Connect.  But I really don't think it would be as easy for an amatuer hobbyist to simply swap parts.  I'm sure that you'll encounter some fitment issues.

The shared Focus platform only covers Gen1 on both sides.
