As per Autodata Corp. It looks like Transit Connect sales are doing well.......

Ford: Ford posted a slight 0.4% sales increase in November from a year ago, with sales totaling 187,784 units in November. Leading the way was the automaker's F-Series trucks, with sales increasing 10.4% from a year ago to 65,192 units sold.

The brands all-new Edge also performed well, with sales increasing 6.4% over last year. But the big winners were the automaker's Transit and Transit Connect commercial vans, which realized sales increases of 97.6% and 93.8%, respectively.

thanks for posting. I believe it.

I see a lot of TC-Gen 2 on the road now here in SoCa. not as many as the Gen 1's but catching up. maybe 1/2 are commercial use.

I see a lot of the Nissan Van too as a commercial van. Still think those vans aren't very good looking.

Haven't see any Dodge Promaster City vans around. I should go to the local Dodge dealer and scope that out. Curious.

the amount of full size Transits on the road has jumped too. Seeing more of the lower roof models lately. U-Haul is using them as a rental van. Appearance wise they are easier to spot compared to the higher roof model that is more similar to a Sprinter at a glance.

just saw a Promaster City ad on network TV. At first I thought it was the TC from a quick long distance shot.

checked the internet and there are a few of them out there

those vans sure look similar.

wonder if the Promaster City sales aren't doing well and that's the reason for the TV ads.

Found two older ads for the Transit
