  1. Hello, I recently bought a 2018 transit connect and have while I can connect my phone to the stereo via Bluetooth it loses connection almost straight away. I think it is a basic model and so doesn't have the sync 3 that I have read about. I have attached a picture of the radio. There is nothing in the settings of the radio to perform a factory reset, so I decided to pop the fuse out and put it back in, hoping that would reset it. This didn't work, much to my disappointment after doing battle trying to get to the fuse box hidden behind the glove box (why it needs to be in such an awkward place I don't know). Sorry I'm rambling. If anyone has any tips on getting the bluetooth working I would very much appreciate it. I wouldn't mind so much, but there isn't even somewhere I can plug an aux cable in.
  2. I just installed a new stereo (JVC-KW-V30BT) with a backup camera (EchoMaster). On the back of the head unit there is a purple wire with a white stripe on it that says it should be connected to the reverse lamp harness. This connection allows for the stereo to automatically switch to the reverse camera when the vehicle is shifted into Reverse. The purple/white wire is about 6 inches long. Can someone please help me locate the "reverse lamp harness" and the proper wire to connect this too. Thanks.
  3. Ok, How do I remove this radio? I can only find a couple of slots down centered on the side of the radio. It seems that everyone else uses or recommend the mercedes tools to remove these but the slots for those are in the four corners on the outside edges of the buttons. I done have these slots. If anyone can help, Thanks!
