  1. Thanks everyone! I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I was talking to my wife and telling her my frustration and she said that she had something in her passenger side door lower compartment and it was in a plastic bag. I walked fast back out to the car and found it. Yeah! I quickly started the process to replace all them thinking about would I remember where the key was if I had a flat tire. (probably not) I went to Driven Products and ordered a complete new set of lug nuts and retired the whole set to a plastic bag. It gives me some piece of mind. They look better too.
  2. Great Stuff here but I still have a problem. WHERE IS THE TOOL IN THE CAR! I just took delivery on a 2019 Titanium and noticed these locks a few days ago. When you combine the capped lug nut issue with this locking lug nut you have a problem in my opinion. I have already ordered a complete set of replacement lug nuts, but I don't know where the socket is in the car to remove the locking one. The dealer and I looked where the jack is stored and didn't spot it. Any ideas?
  3. Thank you "mrtn" for your observation that your right side door stays a little ajar. That was reassuring that someone else noticed the problem too. G B L the left door seems to shut in the correct position flush with the body. I'll take a closer look, but I don't think this is the problem. It is something to think about. Fifty150 You are right. It is still under warranty and I can take it to another dealer. I haven't had the problem with the warning message since I got it back, but the two doors don't mate properly still. Thanks for all of your feedback and advise. I'll let you know if I do anything further.
  4. My first post and I sure need some feedback from this group. I own 2015 Transit Connect with the two rear doors. It is a passenger version and I truly love the car. I have a small problem with the rear side by side doors. I close them, first the left door and then the right, and the right door stays just an 1/8 of an inch ajar. If I'm not paying attention, I get the car going and go and a tone that my trunk is open on my screen. The I have to stop the car on the street and go back and give the right door a firmer closing and the error message goes away. I took it to a dealer and showed him the problem which they witnessed. They ordered a new door latch for the right door and installed after a five hour wait in their waiting room. When I got home to test the new parts it is doing the same thing. Is this a design flaw? I'm I the only one having this issue. I hate putting additional pressure on the right side door to get it to close properly. My thought is that the door seals are new and as they get older they will lose some of their thickness and the issue might heal itself. The dealer is playing games with me. They shuffled me off the property quickly so they wouldn't have to admit that they didn't fix it. They have lost my business. Asking for anyone else who has had the same issue and what did you do to solve it. Signed, No to Door Slamming
